We want your experience with Play Active Collection to feel easy and stress-free.

If something isn’t quite right, we offer free returns via Australia Post on eligible items.


How to Start a Return

  1. Click Start a Return below

  2. Enter your order number and email address

  3. Select the item(s) you’d like to return

  4. Download or print your prepaid Australia Post return label

  5. Repack your item securely (you can reuse the original packaging)

  6. Attach the label and drop your parcel off at any Australia Post location

Once your return is lodged, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Processing Refunds & Store Credit

Returns must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order

Once received, returns are processed within 7 business days

First-time customers may choose either:

  • A refund to the original payment method on full-priced items, or

  • Store credit with an additional $10 bonus credit added to the total

Returning customers receive store credit only

Store credit can be used to repurchase the same item in a different size or choose something else from our store

Store credit does not include original shipping costs


Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • With tags attached

  • Free from marks, odours, wear, or pet/human hair

Please note:

  • Undergarments and socks cannot be returned

  • Sale items are final

  • Gift cards are not eligible for return

All returns are inspected before store credit is issued.


Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team before starting a return.
If a fault is confirmed, return shipping will be covered by us.


No Printer? No Problem.

Australia Post can print your return label for you — simply show it on your phone at any Australia Post outlet.
