Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order. Our warehouse is based in Brisbane, Australia, and shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please note that all orders received after 12pm on Friday and all weekend orders will be processed the following Monday.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, availability may change while your order is being processed.

Most orders placed Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.

After launch periods, processing may take 1 to 4 business days due to increased volume.


PRE ORDERS

Items available for pre order will be clearly marked with an estimated ship date. Full payment is taken upfront at checkout.

If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, please contact us at hello@playactivecollection.com.

If your order includes both pre order items and in stock items, your order will be shipped once all items are available. We are not able to split orders and ship available items first. If you prefer to receive in stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

If you wish to return a pre order item for an exchange or refund, you will have 7 days from the date received to request your return via our Returns Page. If you need help with this, please email hello@playactivecollection.com.
